  3. No evictions within 4 years
  4. COMBINED household income must be  3-4x the monthly rent, unless you are using a Section 8 voucher (if the property qualifies)

1. Tenant responsible for all  utilities and appliances. (unless specified)
2. Security deposit due at signing. 
3. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable move in fee per pet and $25 pet rent per month. Two pet maximum.
